Probably. What you want to do is add DNAT rules for those services that you 
want forwarded from the 67.101.75 address to the server. AND you want to set 
NAT_BEFORE_RULES=No in shorewall.conf.

If you want to forward all services, then in /etc/shorewall/rules:

DNAT	net	loc:192.168.2.18	all	-	-	67.101.75.18
