[Shorewall-newbies] Packet Mangling?

As a test, rename /etc/shorewall/tos, create an empty file by that name
and restart Shorewall. I'm betting that the Shorewall TOS stuff has
absolutely nothing to do with your problem since it only changes the TOS
field for FTP traffic.
